Our 245D Basic Services Include:
Individualized Home Support (IHS):
Personalized assistance delivered in the individual’s home or community to help develop daily living skills, encourage independence, and promote social engagement.
Night Supervision:
Overnight support in the individual’s home to ensure safety, provide assistance as needed, and offer peace of mind for families and caregivers.
Respite Care:
Temporary care provided to give families and primary caregivers a much-needed break, while ensuring consistent, compassionate support for the individual.
Personal Support Services:
One-on-one services that help individuals with disabilities participate in community activities, develop personal goals, and live a more independent life.
